Elina Stocker
Master student · B.Sc. Cognitive Science
I studied Cognitive Science at the University of Osnabrück and am now doing my masters degree in Cognitive and Integrative Systemsneuroscience in Marburg. During my studies I worked as a student assistant at the Department of Psychology before I came to work for Hamidreza at the Computational Psychiatry lab. Together with Hamidreza I have been working on applying control theory to clinical data in forms of brain structure and questionnaires.
Currently I am writing my masters thesis at Andreas Jansen's lab for Neuroimaging. Thereby I am working closely with fMRI, investigating what assumptions go into the widly known DCM (dynamic causal modelling) analysis and what impact those have on the models we generate.
